My practice is rooted in providing neurodivergent-affirming and queer-inclusive care. I honor the unique ways each person moves through the world, and I work to create a space where all identities and experiences are welcomed, respected, and celebrated.
The journey to and through parenthood can look different for everyone. I support individuals across the perinatal spectrum—from trying to build a family (including LGBTQ+ family-building paths), through pregnancy, loss, birth trauma, and postpartum adjustment. This time can bring joy, but also grief, overwhelm, anxiety, or intrusive thoughts. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we’ll process your experiences and
Living with OCD or anxiety can feel exhausting and isolating, but effective, evidence-based treatments exist. I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard for OCD, and draw on mindfulness and CBT to help you find relief. I provide a supportive, affirming environment where you can face fears at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
Parenting young children can be both joyful and overwhelming—especially when raising highly sensitive or neurodivergent kids. As a mom of three highly sensitive, neurodivergent boys, I know firsthand the challenges and the deep love that come with parenting. In addition to my personal experience, I bring over 20 years as a preschool teacher, work in early childhood mental health, and parent educator which further informs my approach.
In therapy, I support parents in navigating the daily challenges of caregiving while also tending to their own mental health. Together, we’ll explore strategies for managing stress, supporting regulation, and strengthening your connection with your child, while also making space for your needs as a parent. My goal is to offer a compassionate, affirming space where you feel understood, resourced, and supported on your parenting journey.
Trauma changes how we relate to ourselves and the world. Whether you’ve experienced birth trauma or other painful life events, I offer trauma-informed and attachment-focused therapy to help you process, heal, and reclaim your sense of safety. I often integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness practices to support recovery.
Grief takes many forms—loss of a loved one, TFMR/abortion/miscarriage, infertility, or the loss of the future you imagined. There is no “right” way to grieve. I offer compassionate, inclusive support as you navigate your grief, honoring both your pain and your strength.
